Collaboration Process and Core Services

 

1. Order Confirmation and Project Kick-off

• Our Service: Based on the mutually confirmed quotation and drawings, we will generate a formal sales order/contract. This document will specify product specifications, quantity, price, delivery date, shipping terms, and applicable terms and conditions.

• Your Cooperation: Please review and confirm all order details, especially the final revision of technical drawings. The order is officially activated upon receipt of your written purchase order and the agreed-upon advance payment.

• Our Assurance: Upon order confirmation, we will immediately lock in the production schedule and key materials. A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned as your single point of contact.

2. Production and In-Process Monitoring

• Our Service: Production will be executed according to our established quality management systems. For critical projects, milestone status reports can be provided upon request.

• Your Cooperation: Any change request may trigger an “Engineering Change Order” (ECO), requiring reassessment of its impact on cost and timeline.

• Our Assurance: We guarantee that production activities strictly follow the frozen technical documentation. Quality control data from the manufacturing process is traceable.

3. Packaging and Final Inspection

• Our Service: All products undergo a final quality inspection prior to release. We employ scientific, protective packaging tailored to the product characteristics.

• Your Cooperation: Any special packaging requirements must be clearly stated upon order confirmation.

• Our Assurance: We guarantee that shipped products conform to the order’s quality requirements and that standard packaging is sufficient for conventional logistics.

4. Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Delivery

Delivery is executed according to the agreed Incoterms®, primarily in the following two modes:

Mode A: Door-to-Door Delivery

• Our Service: We arrange the complete logistics chain from our facility to your specified delivery address.

• Our Assurance: We (or our forwarder) will act as the Importer of Record where applicable. Risk remains with us until delivery.

Mode B: Ex-Works / Customer’s Appointed Forwarder

• Our Service: We complete production and export clearance. We provide a complete set of export documents.

• Your Cooperation: You are responsible for transportation after goods leave the delivery point.

5. Documentation and Tracking

• Our Service: We provide a full set of trade documents. Upon shipment, we provide the transportation tracking details.

• Our Assurance: We guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all provided documents for smooth customs clearance.

Responsibility Definition and Risk Assurance

 

1. Delivery Timeline

The committed delivery date is a reliable estimate based on current production schedules. This date typically refers to the “ready date at our facility” or “estimated ship date.” The total delivery cycle must include transit time. If a delay is caused by us, we will proactively inform you and agree on a revised plan.

2. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events entirely beyond its reasonable control. Both parties should negotiate a contract extension or termination.

3. Transportation Risk

The allocation of transportation risk is strictly governed by the agreed International Commercial Terms (Incoterms®). Under Door-to-Door Service, risk typically remains with us/our carrier until recipient sign-off. Under Ex-Works, risk transfers when the goods are handed over to your carrier.

4. Claims and After-Sales

◦ Inspect the external packaging for damage upon receipt. If visible damage exists, note it with the carrier before signing.

◦ After receipt, promptly inspect the goods. If you find transport damage or shortage, notify us in writing within the agreed period with evidence.

◦ For manufacturing defects, please follow the process outlined in the applicable Quality Agreement.
